The transition of email system is scheduled as follows:
For student users:
- 2018 and later intakes: Only Google Workspace accounts available, no need for transition
- 2017 and former intakes: applied form 20/7/2018
For staff users:
- All TDTU units: applied from 01/8/2018
What to do before the transition?
- Receive an announcement email from TDTU IT Department, that contains initial password for the new email account on Google Workspace and instruction on how to login
- Sign in Google Workspace account, change the initial password and start sending and receiving with Google Workspace
- Update new email address (@tdtu.edu.vn) in your contact information, profile, namecard, ...
What to do after the transition?
- Note that there is no longer single sign on between email and TDTU information systems
- Check Spam mail on Google Workspace regularly and mark Not Spam for normal mails
- Use @tdtu.edu.vn instead of @tdt.edu.vn for sending email
