TDTU implements solutions to ensure the implementation of information security policies. In addition to solutions implemented at the system level, users are consulted and supported on issues such as:
- Install and update software and operating systems;
- Install and update antivirus tools, antispyware and similar software;
- Support in troubleshooting information security problems on computers and personal accounts;
- Support in troubleshooting information security issues on mobile devices.
